Sessions are scheduled as the trainer & client’s schedules allow. We will match you with a trainer who can accommodate your schedule before you purchase sessions.
How often do I meet with the trainer?
This depends on your current fitness levels and goals, but for best results and for the sake of consistency, one hour sessions 2-3 times a week will enable the trainer help you get into good fitness habits.
