Facility Hours

Fitness Areas are open to ages 16+

• Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, & Friday 5:30am-9:00pm

• Saturday 10:00am-9:00pm

• Sunday 2:00pm-9:00pm

Family Fitness Hours: Families may utilize the Studio together on weekdays between 8:00am and 4:30pm (excludes Thursdays). Youth under the age of 16 must be actively supervised by an adult.

Adult Only Swim for ages 18+ is available during below facility hours for lap swimming, water exercise, and relaxing in the spa.

Above availability may be impacted by Recreational swim hours, programming, and facility rentals.

Recreational swim hours are for swimmers of all ages. It is when minors are allowed to swim.
